Last year, a "safe heating replacement project" was implemented throughout the area, with external smoke pipes and indoor smoke-free rural household heating firewood stoves replacing the traditional closed charcoal burning method. This year, the joint efforts of SUMRING Technology Co., Ltd. vigorously promoted the installation of "CO alarms" to effectively ensure the winter heating safety of urban and rural residents.

Conduct a comprehensive investigation locally, identify targets, and implement classified policies. For special vulnerable groups such as elderly people living alone and those receiving five guarantees, they will be listed as a bottom line target, and the government will fully bear the product and installation costs; For general households with a risk of carbon monoxide poisoning, they are listed as advocates. The products and installation costs of CO alarms are funded by the public, and the government provides appropriate subsidies; Residents who use electrical heating facilities such as air conditioning and have no risk of carbon monoxide poisoning are listed as non installation objects. As of now, the city plans to install CO alarms in approximately 130000 households, and has installed approximately 45000 households in 36 townships. It is expected to be fully installed by early January 2024.
