Question:Whats the wifi range? And will it reconnect if disconnected randomly?
Answer:I can’t give you the WiFi range, there are other factors in the WiFi system but it has worked well. Yes, it will reconnect when randomly disconnected.

Question:can this wifi motion detector alarm be turned on or off using the phone app?...does it work with iphone?
Answer:It works with an iphone. You can disable and enable the sensor's alert from the App. if you disabled the alert, it will not send alert message, you still can check the history of records through the app.

Question:Why does it take about a minute to notify the wifi motion detector alarm on the app?
Answer:This is related to your internet speed, mine is receiving information at the same time.

Question:Do you need to run through setup each time the batteries are changed?
Answer:No. Once you pop out the AA Battery and pop a new one in, you should be good to go. I took out the battery once to reset the unit and placed it back in. I am still working off the original battery the unit came with which was over 7 months ago.
